I've just ordered theDoNotAge® routine (15 ingredient sachets) but I do not see the order in my order history?

We can confirm that this 28-day subscription is set up slightly differently from other orders you may have placed with DoNotAge.org.

Firstly, this subscription sits within its own dedicated account. You can access it here: https://routine.donotage.org/customer/account/login. Individual order numbers are not shown in this account because it is a continuous subscription, and we have chosen not to list each order separately to keep your account clear and easy to navigate.

Your DoNotAge® Routine order will therefore not appear in your main DoNotAge.org account, as it is a separate product on a different subscription platform.

Once your order has been placed, there is no need to worry. You will receive an email confirming your subscription, and, once your order has been dispatched, your assigned courier will send you your tracking details. A member of the DoNotAge team will also contact you by telephone to discuss your new DoNotAge® Routine subscription.
