How do I skip, pause or cancel my DoNotAge® routine (15 ingredient sachet) subscription?

Log into your account via https://routine.donotage.org/customer/account, you should use the same login details for your DoNotAge.org account you have already set up.

Here you will see 3 options:

• Pause - which allows you to pause your subscription for 3 subscription cycles
• Skip - this allows you to skip one subscription cycle if needed
• Cancel - you can cancel your subscription at anytime
